Attorney Steven S. Bloom's practice has a heavy concentration in real estate law, with an emphasis on real estate conveyancing, having represented numerous banks, lending institutions, private lenders, developers, buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions (from affordable housing units to multi-million dollar properties).Attorney Bloom has also handled commercial real estate transactions.
